This tool has been created to assist hiring leaders in building an effective interview tool as part of the assessment process. The Generator allows you to choose questions from multiple areas of assessment that align with the knowledge, skills and abilities that you are assessing in your interview process.
The Generator allows you to select appropriate questions from our Interview Question Database that meet your needs, or you can add your own custom questions as needed. You will select the appropriate interview template (i.e. UWOSA or PMA) and once you have selected your desired questions, it will load them into a Word document. From there, you can revise the wording of the questions, re-order questions, adjust spacing, add numbering, or make other formatting changes.
